Michelle Kurzbach, PMHNP-BC

Michelle is an ANCC board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is licensed to practice, prescribe, and treat individuals resident in Rhode Island. She believes in treating the whole person and providing them with supportive and individualized care.  Michelle is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, and is dedicated to providing access and care throughout the community.

Michelle graduated from The Community College of Rhode Island with an Associate Degree in Science in Nursing, Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing in Adult/Gerontology Acutely Care Clinical Nurse Specialist and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Post-Masters degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys watching her boys play soccer, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
